Come join us for a family-friendly golf day to support the Mersades Ann Foundation's mission of empowering children impacted by parental incarceration, by providing outdoor experiences to facilitate education, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth.

When: Saturday, October 18th
Registration Deadline: Wednesday 10/15

What: Mini Putt-Putt Tournament at 9am
Charity Golf Scramble, Tee Times start at 10am
Lunch starting at noon
Awards ceremony 12:30pm

Where: Zigfield Troy Par 3 Golf Course, 1515 75th St, Woodridge, IL 60517

Why: Nearly 200,000 children across Illinois have had a parent in jail or in prison according to the "Task Force on Children of Incarcerated Parents Final Report and Recommendations" published by the State of Illinois
This event will take place RAIN OR SHINE and there will be NO REFUNDS ISSUED.

The Family "All-Star" Package

The Family Fun Golf Package is great for two adults and two kids, ages 4-12, with access to the Mini Golf, Par-3 Scramble, and 4 lunch tickets—all for $250.

The Adult “All-Star” Package is ideal for participants who want to play in the Par-3 Scramble and enjoy the post-event picnic lunch at a discounted price.

I am the parent/legal guardian or responsible adult for myself and/or my child. I understand and accept all risks of participation in Mersades Ann Foundation events/activities, release MAF and its volunteers from any liability, agree to be responsible for medical expenses, and consent to the use of photos/videos for promotional purposes. I also agree to receive communications from MAF, with the option to opt out at any time.

I, as the parent/legal guardian of myself and/or my child, give permission for the Mersades Ann Foundation to use photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings taken during participation in this event/program. These may be used for marketing, promotions, newsletters, social media, or other foundation materials. All media will remain the property of the Mersades Ann Foundation, with no further liability or obligation to me or my child.
